really good book. i think it demonstrates well how anorexia can take over the mind and just...change someone to think accordingly to the disease.

i read winter girls a while ago, about a few years now, and this was the first book i considered since then.

i think the ending gives it a bittersweet ending, like it's just a breath of fresh air after being in a hot, sticky, and over-packed room for an extended period of time. after all the suffering the main character and her family go through, i was so relieved and happy that she finally found happiness. that she recovered. and she's so young when it takes over, you know? so young. so it was definitely nice to see her recover.
